This seems like a fundamental skill of being a human being, but trust me, this can be a hard one for people to grasp. Simple things like brushing your teeth, taking regular showers, avoid body odor can improve your relationships with yourself and others.Personal hygiene is useful not only for your personal relationships, but also your professional life will improve. By showing that you care for yourself, you can show your boss that you care about work.

2. Develop Close Friends

Developing a social circle that you can rely on, self-disclose to, and help others is one of the greatest ways to live and feel better. Studies frequently show that by initiating acts of self-sacrifice to meet the needs of others actually improves our lives.Here is note of caution: choose your friends wisely. Your friends can either enhance your life or diminish it. If you find yourself in friendships that cause more harm than good, perhaps it would be wise to find different friends.

3. Live Healthy

Again, this seems like a no-brainer, but that could not be farther from the truth. In reality, eating balanced meals, exercising, and getting plenty of sleep are the trinity of holistic living. If you can do those three things, your life can dramatically improve.Be sure to constantly get enough sleep. Scientists aren’t sure why we sleep, but one thing we can be sure of is that sleep is one of the best ways to live better. In fact, you will die faster of sleep deprivation than starvation. Be sure to get enough Zs.
